The undersigned agrees as follows: 

That I am participating in this program as a volunteer, that I will not undertake tasks that are beyond my ability, and that I will follow the rules and regulations of the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve for the duration of this program. I give permission for my image to be used in any/all promotional video and photographs taken while I am participating in this program. I release and discharge and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Amigos de Bolsa Chica, the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, and The State Lands Commission, their agents, employees, volunteers, contractors, and representatives from all claims, demands, actions or judgments which I, or my heirs, estate, executors, administrators, successors in interest, assigns, and legal representatives may have for any and all injuries or damages, known and unknown, caused by or arising out of my participation in this program.
